I am currently a NAOSMM member; How do I register for the savings program to start receiving benefits?
NAOSMM members visit SigmaAldrich.com/member to register for the MilliporeSigma NAOSMM Savings Program. You must be a NAOSMM member in good standing for savings to be activated. After you’ve submitted your registration, allow up to 5 business days for your account set up to be completed.
I am not currently a NAOSMM member; how do I know if I am eligible, and how do I register?
Visit the NAOSMM organization’s web page to view membership qualifications and to register. Please note that MilliporeSigma is a corporate NAOSMM member and does not have any authority to determine who qualifies for NAOSMM membership.
How do I access my member benefits once I am registered for the savings program?
After registration, you will receive an email (allow up to 5 business days) with a contract number, username, and password to be utilized through SigmaAldrich.com.
- If placing your order via phone or email, please reference your contract number
- If placing your order through SigmaAldrich.com please ensure you are logged in using your provided username to see your NAOSMM specific pricing. At check out, your discounts will automatically be applied to your cart.
After my registration for the savings program is complete, whom do I contact if I did not receive any information or if I’ve forgotten my contract number or username?

How do I know if I am seeing my NAOSMM discounts on the MilliporeSigma website?
When logged in to SigmaAldrich.com with your provided username, you will see the list price with a line through it and your NAOSMM price listed below. (See the below example)

What freight charges can I expect to pay on orders placed through the MilliporeSigma Savings Program?
You will pay a flat-rate fee of $20 on all orders. You will incur an additional $25 fee for items delivered by truck, and an additional $25 fee for items that ship overnight when applicable. Handling charges are included.
How long are my program benefits valid?
Benefits are reviewed and renewed annually. If you are a NAOSMM member in good standing and have renewed your annual membership by February of the new year, your year-to-year benefits will not be disrupted. Updates to membership benefits and pricing are effective on April 1st of each new year.
How do I link my new username to NAOSMM pricing?
Your NAOSMM pricing is linked to your unique username. Please contact us at webhelp@emdgroup.com to link your new username to NAOSMM pricing.
