Evonik Noblyst® P2086 10% Pt is a platinum on carbon catalyst. It has been shown to be effective in the following reactions:

  • oxidation of alcohols and sugars
  • selective hydrogenation of aryl nitroalkanes in the presence of halogens
  • hydrogenation of aldehydes and ketones
Note: Unit weight is of net dry catalyst.
