General description

U-47700 is a highly potent opioid analgesic drug that has been confirmed in many opioid overdoses and deaths and was found in combination with fentanyl during the autopsy of the American guitarist Prince in 2016. U-47700 is regulated as a Schedule I compound in the United States. This Certified Spiking Solution® is applicable for use in urine drug testing, clinical toxicology, or forensic analysis applications by LC-MS/MS or GC/MS.

This Cerilliant product is part of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Opioid CRM Kit including more than 40 CRMs to be used as part of CDC′s laboratory response to the opioid epidemic. The kits are provided free of charge to drug testing laboratories located in the United States.
