General description
A phosphate buffer, it is gravimetrically prepared using high-quality salts in high-purity water. The pH 7.00 of this potassium dihydrogen phosphate/disodium hydrogen phosphate is measured using a combined glass electrode following a 5-point calibration method, in accordance with DIN 19268, against certified primary reference standards as per DIN 19266.
