General description

The IsoBag® TSA Settle is designed for quick and convenient transfer of culture media for air monitoring into isolators or RABS systems. The filled IsoBag® product is double bagged and irradiated at a dose of 10-20 kGy.The formulation of the Tryptic Soy Agar contains a combination of casein and soy peptones that renders the medium nutritious by supplying organic nitrogen, particularly amino–acids, and longer-chained peptides.
