General description

A non-specific phospholipase A2 (PLA2) inhibitor. Acts as an acetylcholine receptor antagonist. Suppresses glibenclamide-sensitive K+-currents (IC50 = 4.4 µM). Also inhibits monoamine oxidase (MAO).
