Application
- Evaluation of Microbial Profile in Patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and Periodontal Disease: A Case-Control Study.: This study investigates the microbial profiles in patients with PCOS and periodontal disease. TE buffer solutions are utilized for the extraction and preservation of microbial DNA, ensuring high-quality samples for subsequent analysis and comparison (Achu Joseph et al., 2023).
- A dual paper-based nucleic acid extraction method from blood in under ten minutes for point-of-care diagnostics.: This paper introduces a rapid and efficient method for nucleic acid extraction from blood using a dual paper-based approach. TE buffer solutions play a crucial role in stabilizing and preserving nucleic acids during the extraction process, making the method suitable for point-of-care diagnostics (Malpartida-Cardenas et al., 2023).
