Gene Information

human ... ADRB3(155)

Specificity

Human beta 3 adrenergic receptor (B3AR) is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor superfamily. They typically contain 7 transmembrane domains (Barak et al., 1995) Human B3AR is 408 aa membrane protein (Emorine et al., 1989; Grannenman et al., 1992; Van Spronsen et al., 1993; Lelias et al., 1993).

Immunogen

A 19 aa sequence at the C-terminus of the human B3AR, splce variant 3 (Emorine et al., 1989; Grannenman et al., 1992; Van Spronsen et al., 1993; Lelias et al., 1993). Control peptide is available under catalog number AG388.

Application

Anti-Adrenergic Receptor Antibody, β 3 detects level of Adrenergic Receptor & has been published & validated for use in ELISA, IH & WB.
Western blot: 1-10 μg/mL using Chemiluminescence technique

ELISA: 1:10,000 - 100,000

Immunohistochemistry: 2-20 μg in formaldehyde fixed tissue.

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user.
