This Anti-DARPP-32 Antibody, phosphoThr34 is validated for use in WB for the detection of DARPP-32.
Western blot: 1:1,000. The antibody recognizes the ~32 kD DARPP-32 protein phosphorylated at Thr34 protein in rat caudate lysate prepared from caudate slices that had been incubated in the absence and presence of forskolin. The labeling by the antibody to DARPP-32 Thr34 is markedly increased by the forskolin treatment.

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.
