General description

PKA RII Beta is a type two regulatory chain which mediates membrane association by binding to anchoring proteins, including the MAP2 kinase. When the enzyme is inactive there are two regulatory chains and two catalytic chains. PKA RII Beta is activated by cAMP and produces two active catalytic monomers and a regulatory dimer that binds four cAMP molecules.

Specificity

This antibody recognizes PKA RII Beta at the cAMP2 domain.

Immunogen

Epitope: cAMP2 domain
KLH-conjugated linear peptide corresponding to human PKA RII Beta at the cAMP2 domain.

Application

Anti-PKA RII Beta Antibody is an antibody against PKA RII Beta for use in WB.
