General description

Purified mouse monoclonal antibody. Recognizes the ~60 kDa PAX7 protein.
Recognizes the ~60 kDa PAX7 protein in NIH3T3 cells and human stomach tissue.
This Anti-PAX7 Mouse mAb (1E12) is validated for use in ELISA, Immunoblotting, Paraffin Sections for the detection of PAX7.

A recombinant polypeptide corresponding to amino acids of 411-521 human PAX7, expressed as a GST fusion protein
