Neutralization of IFN-beta bioactivity; 90% reduction of bioactivity at 1.4 μg/mL for recombinant IFN-beta and 2.7 μg/mL for natural IFN-beta. Assay method used is provided in Grossberg, S.E. et al, Manual of Clinical Immunology.

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.
