General description
Intereukin 34, also known as IL-34 or IL34 is a cytokine that promotes the differentiation and viability of moncytes and macrophages. IL-34 stimulate the phosphorylation of MAPL1/ERK2/ERK2 and MAPK3/ERK1. IL-34 is a ligand for colony-stimulating factor CSF1R. IL-34 is predominantly expressed in spleen, and also detected in a range of other tissues including heart, liver, kidney, thymus, testis, ovary, small intestine, prostate and colon.
Immunogen
Purified recombinant fragment of human IL-34 expressed in E. Coli
Application
Anti-IL-34, clone 1D12 Antibody is an antibody against IL-34 for use in flow cytometry & immunofluorescence.

Cysts of the salivary glands are common lesions that occur in the context of various etiologies. Although the diagnostic importance of cysts in salivary gland diseases has been well studied, molecular mechanisms that control the related pathological process remain largely

Previously, we identified a therapy-resistant role of IL-34 in an immune checkpoint blockade in murine models. To investigate whether a similar mechanism is applicable in human tumors as well, we used this protocol for the selection of IL-34-neutralizing antibody and
