Application

Ethylene glycol-bis(2-aminoethylether)-N,N,N′,N′-tetraacetic acid can be used to study molecular biology, biochemicals, reagents and chelators. Ethylene glycol-bis(2-aminoethylether)-N,N,N′,N′-tetraacetic acid has been used in a study that illustrated the response of the β-cyclodextrin-hemin complex in the induction of cucumber adventitious rooting through heme oxygenase-1-dependent mechanism and calcium signaling.
A chelating agent useful for the determination of calcium in the presence of magnesium.

Biochem/physiol Actions

Ethylene glycol-bis(2-aminoethylether)-N,N,N′,N′-tetraacetic acid A is a chelating agent used for the determination of calcium in the presence of magnesium.
