Application

TiAl(NbW)alloy standard reference material (SRM) is intended for micro analysis of titanium and aluminum, particularly for aerospace materials and components with similar composition.

Features and Benefits

  • Available with a certificate documenting NIST-certified mass fraction value of titanium, aluminum, niobium, and tungsten. These values are measured through wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry(WD-XRF) and inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES).
  • Information values for oxygen andnitrogen are reported as mass fractions.
  • The NIST certificate is provided with expiration certificate, storage, handling, and use instructions.

Other Notes

Certified for the analytes listed below.
Titanium (Ti), Aluminium (Al), Niobium (Nb), Tungsten (W)

Reference/Informational value is provided for the following analytes.
Oxygen (O), Nitrogen (N)

See certificate for values and more details at nist.gov/SRM.
