Purification: Purified from Pichia pastoris culture by multi-step column chromatography. Purity > 95% by silver stained SDS-PAGE.
Note:
(1) rSes i 1 has a C-terminal 6xHis-tag.
(2) Avoid repeated Freeze/Thaw cycles. It is recommended to aliquot the product upon first thaw and freeze in working aliquot volumes.
