Programming the gradient with the Control Panel and the CycleManager pro is easy and intuitive – so that novice users can get started quickly and safely.

With the versatile Mastercycler nexus you can choose the PCR consumables that best suit your assay. The PCR cycler nexus can accommodate 96-well PCR plates, 0.2 mL PCR tubes, 0.2 mL PCR tube strips and 0.5 mL PCR tubes. With a noise level of less than 40 dB[a], the nexus is very quiet and energy-efficient at the same time.
