Application

Hydroxyfasudil hydrochloride hydrate has been used as a ROCK inhibitor to study the role of different signaling pathways in the chemokines CCL19 and CCL21, the CCR7 ligands mediated effects on migratory and prosurvival, in CLL cells.

Biochem/physiol Actions

Hydroxyfasudil possessantispastic action. It is an active metabolite of fasudil. Hydroxyfasudil might enhance the dynamics of blood flow and prevent damage caused by neutrophils.
Rho-kinase inhibitor.
