General description

Minimum Essential Medium Eagle comprises sugar, inorganic salts, water-soluble vitamins and essential amino acids. It is widely used as a media formulation for many cell culture studies.

Application

Minimum Essential Medium Eagle has been used for culturing primordial follicles and ovary tissues, human skin fibroblast cells, human colonic epithelial cell line LS174T and hippocampal tissue slices.

Reconstitution

Supplement with 0.292 g/L L-glutamine.
