General description

Anti-USP30 Antibody detects endogenous levels of total USP30 protein.
USP30 (ubiquitin specific peptidase 30) is ubiquitin-specific deubiquitylase. It is located in the mitochondria. It is mapped to human chromosome 12q24.

Immunogen

The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human USP30.

Immunogen Range: 31-80

Application

Anti-USP30, N-Terminal antibody has been used in western blotting.

Biochem/physiol Actions

USP30 controls atypical ubiquitin chains on mitochondria and PARK2 (parkinson juvenile disease protein 2) mediated mitophagy.
