General description

The GenElute Vacuum Regulator is used to establish a reliable vacuum source for the GenElute Vacuum Manifold. A vacuum of 200-400 mbar (pressure difference) is recommended for use with Sigma′s high throughput purification kits.
The GenElute Vacuum Regulator is used to measure the pressure of the vacuum used on the GenElute Vacuum Manifold to support the isolation of genomic DNA, RNA and PCR products which can be used for a variety of molecular biology applications. The GenElute Vacuum Regulator is used to establish a reliable vacuum source for the GenElute Vacuum Manifold.
