General description

Full-length, recombinant, human phosphodiesterase 4B2 (accession no. L20971) fused at the N-terminus to a His•Tag sequence and expressed in S. frugiperda using a baculovirus expression system. Plays a significant role in the regulation of inflammatory cell activation. PDE4B2 is a predominant isoform in neutrophils and monocytes. Supplied as a partially purified, catalytically active preparation.
