EUR-2019-nCoV Modified RdRp (formerly Discrimatory) Individual Assay is for qPCR (5′ nuclease assay) detection of SARS-CoV-2.

The product is primers and probes, the sequences of which were designed and made publicly available by Charité Institute of Virology – Universitätsmedizin Berlin.

Components

The product includes 1 individual tube of a 20X primer and probe pool for quantification of a SARS-CoV-2 gene. Assay included is Modified RdRp.
