General description

The Corning DNA-BIND surface covalently couples to aminated ssDNA by either the 5′ or 3′ end, making these 96 well plates suitable for hybridization assays, amplification and other DNA-based assays. These polystyrene microplates have a total well volume of 360 μL and a recommended working volume of 75 to 200 μL. Lids are not included.

  • 96 well polystyrene microplates
  • DNA-BIND surface covalently binds to amine groups, providing a convenient method to covalently immobilize aminated ssDNA by either the 5′ or 3′ end.
  • Suitable for hybridization, amplification and for other DNA-based assays
  • Black plates have low background fluorescence and minimize light scattering
  • White plates enhance luminescent signals and have low background luminescence and fluorescence
  • Total well volume: 360 μL; recommended working volumes of 75 to 200 μL
  • Lids are not available
  • Individually wrapped plates
