LF3 is a potent inhibitor of Wnt/β-catenin signaling that suppresses cancer cells motility, cell-cycle progression, and the overexpression of Wnt target genes. LF3 is a potent and specific antagonist of the interaction between β-catenin and the transcription factor TCF4. LF3 blocks self-renewal of cancer stem cells.
